Take a copy of your data

One JSON file with everything IdeaNest holds about your account. It downloads to this device and is not stored anywhere afterwards.

Close your account

Closing is not immediate. The account is kept for thirty days and then anonymised, so a closure made in anger — or by somebody else — can be undone.

Financial records are kept for the statutory period whatever happens to the account, and campaigns you have backed keep their totals. Neither of those names you afterwards.
